The location of the hotel was perfect for my travel needs. It was conveniently situated near a transportation hub, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing me with a great place to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. The amenities were also great, offering various leisure facilities that enhanced my overall experience.

I did have a minor issue with one aspect of the hotel's service. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, there was a slight language barrier that made communication difficult at times.

All in all marvellous location, not far from two convenience stores and Chiba station, which is perfect for a short commute and easy transfer. Also, to Narita Airport or to other locations such as the greater Tokyo area. Convenient check-in, nicely furnished rooms with an extra spacious bathroom, a big bath tub.

the staff were efficient and patient and the location was marvellous within walking distance of the chiba trainstation. the private parking was on site, good service.

The prices at this hotel are quite reasonable, especially considering the excellent location. Just a minute's walk across the street from the train station, it's incredibly convenient for getting around. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, with a nice bathroom and basic amenities provided. And the breakfast options were a pleasant surprise, particularly the authentic Japanese breakfast they served.

Everything was just fine during my stay.

Our city trip was great thanks to the hotel's comfy and clean rooms. We loved the complementary coffee and tea, and the fridge in the room was a great plus for us. The hotel's location near several convenience stores and restaurants was a lifesaver, making it easy to grab a quick bite or snack on the go.

The breakfast selections seemed rather limited, leaving us wanting more variety. the noise from the rooms above us was a bit frustrating at times, making it difficult to get a peaceful rest.
